Five Minute Friday - If you met me...

A writer's exercise....five minutes flat - write, stop, publish.

Prompt:  If you met me....

If you met me, it would probably be at the grocery store, church or online. Hopefully one of the three places I would be relatively put together - usually shoes are the first to suffer.  Shoes are what set the tone for where I am - usually it is speedo flip-flops or Nike running shoes - if I have heels on, I am about to go to church or have a little fun.

I would hope that if you met me, I was at my kindest and most open. Open is harder as I get older, I am much more protective of my clan, my time and my space. I guess because as I age I've found a place where I know where I am most whole and while open to charity and kindness, there is less time for new and unknown. I am working on that.

I hope that if you met me, you would see Christ through my words and deeds, if not say a little prayer for me would you? thanks.
